Or call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-909-8742 and we will deliver a replacement as soon as possible. Note: replacement deliver is limited in certain areas, however credit will be applied to your account.

If you were unable to contact us by the times above, you will not receive a replacement paper. However, we will credit your account and report the situation to your carrier and district manager. We want to hear from you so that we can take the appropriate steps to improve your service.
