Need a Replacement Paper this morning?

If you were missed TODAY, or your newspaper was unreadable and you would like a replacement please be sure to check the "send me replacement paper" button on the bottom of the form below. Or call our customer Service Department at 1-800-909-TRIB and we'll deliver a replacement as soon as possible. In select areas outside of Allegheny County, Butler, Beaver, Washington, and Armstrong counties; replacement papers are not available, but credit will be applied to your account.

Home delivery deadlines in Butler, Beaver, Washington, and Armstrong counties is 7:00am Monday through Saturday and 9:00am on Sundays.

All calls and emails for replacement papers must be received by the following times:

  • Pittsburgh Tribune Review
  • Monday through Saturday: 9:30am
  • Sunday: 10:00am
  • Greensburg Tribune Review
  • Monday through Sunday: 10:30am

Missed the replacement times?

If you were unable to contact us by the times above, you will not receive a replacement paper. However, we will credit your account and report the situation to your carrier and district manager. We want to hear from you so that we can take the appropriate steps to improve your service.
