PITTSBURGH, PA--Trib Total Media, a leader in the Pittsburgh community and a continuously growing force in the media industry, is proud to announce a new partnership with Pittsburgh's star linebacker, LaMarr Woodley.

"LaMarr is a growing leader in our community and a force to be reckoned with on the playing field," said Ralph Martin, Trib Total Media President & CEO. "We are proud to welcome him to the Trib Total Media family."

LaMarr is having yet another big year for Pittsburgh. He posted 50 tackles and 10 sacks, forced a career-high 3 fumbles and intercepted 2 passes, including against Cincinnati in December taking it in for a Pittsburgh touchdown.

Woodley's dedication to excellence doesn't stop on the playing field, as giving back to the community is also a top priority. Woodley and former Mchigan State University football player and current St. Louis defensive lineman Clifton Ryan launched the Heroes for Kids benefit and an annual football camp in their hometown of Saginaw, MI.

LaMarr has also taken an active role right here in Pittsburgh by heading the annual Holiday Toy Drive at The Mall at Robinson. Woodley and his teammates sign autographs in exchange for donatd new, unwrapped toys for The Child Life Department at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. The Child Life Department provides support, education and assistance to children, teens and their families who are adjusting to illness or hospitalization through programs and services appropriate for childrens' development, emotional and education needs.

On any given week, you can find LaMarr at the local Boys and Girls Club where he was recently awarded their "Dedication to Youth" Award.

In 2009, LaMarr launched his Sack Attack program pledging $500 for each sack he logs during the regular season to support organizations serving disadvantaged kids in Michigan and Pittsburgh. LaMarr has already committed $5,000 to this program.

Without a doubt, there will be more big things to come for LaMarr both on and off the field. With the top-rated defense in their conference right now, we hope to see LaMarr representing Trib Total Media in North Texas on February 6.

To get to know LaMarr more, you can keep up with him on Facebook and Twitter at and, where he communicates with his fans on a daily basis.
