Charitable Contributions

All requests for donations and support must be submitted in writing on your organization's letterhead at least 4-6 weeks prior to the date of your event. Requests must include the following information:

• Name of organization hosting event
• Type of event
• Name of benefiting agency/organization
• Date of event
• Contact name
• Detailed description of what you are requesting (i.e. promotional advertising space, sponsorship, speakers, financial support, etc).

Trib Total Media will respond to your request within 10 business days. While we would love to honor all requests, it is impossible to do so due to the number of requests that we receive on a regular basis. However, we do carefully review and consider all requests and make every effort to do what we can to help.

Tours

Trib Total Media offers tours at the following printing facilities on weekdays during normal business hours.

We can accommodate groups of up to 20 members. Groups of 20 or more will be divided into smaller groups for the tour. For safety purposes, all members of the group must be 6 years of age or older.
